Chalkbank is a country property developer that builds with an eco-friendly bias and harmonises natural elements and traditional construction & modern methods for contemporary living. They have a strong rationale for integrating recycling and reusing of land and materials with their stunning character creations. This inspired INCA Design to adapt an exhausted monochrome logo into a coloured 3D logo with traditional serif typefaces with a symbolised architectural apex and continued their ethos by printing on eco-aware forestry sustained stock.
